Want to know if Triple Magnesium is right for you

Three types of magnesium to sleep better, relieve stress, and gain energy.

"Not all magnesiums are well absorbed, and not all do the same thing."

Magnesium is involved in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body.
When intracellular levels drop, the first sign is not always
obvious: persistent muscle tension, nocturnal awakenings, fatigue that
rest does not resolve, difficulty unwinding at the end of the day.

The problem is rarely in the amount of magnesium you take. It's in the
form. And whether that form reaches the part of the body where it needs to act.

Triple Magnesium is for you if...

  • Do you experience frequent muscle tension, cramps, or contractures
  • Do you find it hard to unwind at the end of the day or fall asleep?
  • Do you feel fatigue that doesn't go away with rest, that feeling of being drained of energy?
  • Do you have chronic stress or the feeling of always being on the verge of burnout
  • Do you play sports or have an active lifestyle, as exercise depletes magnesium?
  • Your diet is low in magnesium: little leafy green, few nuts, many processed foods
  • You want a supplement that acts on muscles, energy, and the nervous system all at once

Triple Magnesium may not be suitable if...

  • You have severe kidney failure, as magnesium is excreted renally. Consult your doctor.
  • Takes calcium channel blockers or other heart medications without medical supervision
  • Your main goal is stress and sleep. In that case, combining Triple Magnesium with Cortisol Calm gives better results than each one separately
Science

Three ways. Three destinations.

Triple Magnesium combines three forms with complementary and non-overlapping mechanisms of action. It's not redundancy, it's systemic coverage. Each form acts where a single form of magnesium alone could not reach.

Bisglycinate relaxes muscle and peripheral nervous system
Mechanism 1

Bisglycinate relaxes muscle and peripheral nervous system

Tension, cramps, and sleep

Glycine-chelated magnesium is highly soluble and stable in the gastrointestinal tract. It acts as a physiological calcium antagonist in muscle contraction, activates GABA receptors in the peripheral nervous system, and reduces nocturnal hyperarousal. It is the industry standard for digestive tolerance.

Malate Albion activates mitochondria and ATP production
Mechanism 2

Malate Albion activates mitochondria and ATP production

Sustained energy without stimulants

Malic acid is an intermediate in the Krebs cycle, the main mitochondrial pathway for energy production. Malate directly enters the cycle, optimizing ATP production. It is the most suitable form for chronic fatigue, physical performance, and muscle recovery. Albion is the global standard in mineral chelates.

ATA Mg crosses into the brain and modulates the stress axis
Mechanism 3

ATA Mg crosses into the brain and modulates the stress axis

Mental clarity and resilience

Magnesium acetyl taurinate is the only one of the three forms that actively crosses the blood-brain barrier. It acts on the central GABAergic system, modulates the HPA axis (the hormonal stress response), and protects neurons from excessive glutamate excitation. It is the most specialized form in the formula.

Magnesium in figures
300+

The body's enzymatic reactions depend on magnesium, as do neurotransmitter synthesis, muscle contraction, ATP production, and heart rhythm regulation.

~250

mg of elemental magnesium per daily dose with 2 capsules, within the clinically validated range of 200 to 400 mg per day

2.5x

Greater absorption of bisglycinate compared to magnesium oxide (Lindberg et al., 1997, European Journal of Clinical Nutrition)

200%

B6 Vitamin NRV, a cofactor in the synthesis of serotonin, GABA, and dopamine, improves the intracellular absorption of magnesium

Results are those obtained in clinical trials for each ingredient. Individual results may vary. Triple Magnesio is not a medication or a substitute for medical treatment.

Formulation

What each ingredient does

Triple Magnesium combines three forms with complementary and non-overlapping mechanisms of action. It's not redundancy, it's systemic coverage.

4 active ingredients

Three forms of magnesium + B6 cofactor. All at clinically validated doses.

The most studied form for absorption and digestive tolerance. Magnesium is chelated with glycine, an amino acid, which makes it highly soluble and stable in the gastrointestinal tract. It does not compete with other minerals for absorption. It is the industry's reference standard for the most digestively tolerated form of magnesium.

Main mechanisms

  • Muscle relaxation: acts as a physiological antagonist to calcium in muscle contraction
  • Sleep quality: activates GABA receptors in the peripheral nervous system, reducing nocturnal hyperactivation
  • Nervous system: cofactor in over 300 enzymatic reactions, including serotonin synthesis
Clinical evidence

Abbasi et al. (2012), Journal of Research in Medical Sciences. Significant improvement in sleep quality in elderly adults with insomnia with 500 mg bisglycinate daily for 8 weeks. Lindberg et al. (1997), European Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Bisglycinate has 2.5 times higher absorption than magnesium oxide.

Types of magnesium: Which ones are beneficial and which ones should be avoided?

Oxide and carbonate are the best-selling magnesiums because they are the cheapest to produce. Their absorption is 4 to 12%. The body expels the rest unused. These are all the forms and what each one is for.

Background image · Editorial
Shape Type Absorption What is it for / Why avoid it
Bisglycinate Buena High Muscle relaxation and sleep. The most easily digestible form. It does not compete with other minerals for absorption.
Malato (Albion) Buena High Mitochondrial energy and chronic fatigue. Malate enters the Krebs cycle directly. Especially indicated for muscle fatigue and fibromyalgia
ATA Mg (Acetyl taurinate) Buena High The only one that actively crosses the blood-brain barrier. It acts on stress, anxiety, and cognitive function from the central nervous system.
L-threonine Buena High Specifically designed for the brain. Improves memory and cognitive function. Less effective for muscle or energy
Taurate Buena High Combines magnesium with taurine. Especially indicated for cardiovascular health and heart rhythm
Citrate Aceptable Average More absorbable than oxide but may have a mild laxative effect at high doses. Common in mid-range supplements
Chloride Aceptable Average It is reasonably well absorbed. Intense bitter taste. Frequent in liquid or flake versions for topical use
Lactate Aceptable Average Acceptable digestive tolerance. No substantial studies behind it. It is mainly used due to its low production cost
Oxide Evitar Very low The best-selling because it's the cheapest. 88-96% is not absorbed and reaches the colon, where it attracts water and causes a laxative effect. Practically useless at normal doses.
Carbonate Evitar Very low Similar to rust. It requires gastric acid for minimal absorption. In individuals with low stomach acid or those taking omeprazole, absorption is almost nonexistent.
Sulfate Evitar Very low The famous Epsom salts. It works well intravenously in a clinical setting. Orally, it has a potent laxative effect and minimal systemic absorption. It is not a nutritional supplement.
Hydroxide Evitar Very low The active ingredient in milk of magnesia. Used exclusively as a laxative. It does not significantly contribute magnesium to the body.
Your evolution

What will you notice?

3 to 7 days
Less muscle tension
Bisglycinate first acts on muscle relaxation and sleep. Many clients report waking up fewer times during the night from the first week.
2 weeks
Better rest, less morning fatigue
Serum magnesium levels stabilize. ATA Mg begins to cross the blood-brain barrier and acts on the central nervous system. Reduction in the sensation of accumulated tension.
30 days
More sustained energy, fewer cramps
The Malato Albion has started to optimize mitochondrial function. ATP production improves and is noticeable in physical endurance and in the absence of that mid-afternoon fatigue. Night cramps are significantly reduced.
60 to 90 days
Structural calm, mental clarity, resilience
Complete normalization of intracellular magnesium levels. ATA Mg acts on the GABA axis and serotonin synthesis. Sustained improvement in mood, concentration, and stress resistance.
Start your 90-day protocol

2 capsules at night, before bed. Daily consistency. The effects are consolidated with continued use.

Daily Protocol

How to take it

Dose

2 capsules daily.

When

At night, before bed. Magnesium has a relaxing effect on the nervous system and muscles that promotes the transition to sleep. If you prefer to take it in the morning, that also works. Consistency is what matters.

With what

With water or with meals. Bisglycinate and malate are well absorbed under any conditions and do not require fats like other fat-soluble supplements.

Duration

Minimum recommended treatment of 90 days. Intracellular magnesium levels take weeks to normalize. The effects on fatigue and sleep are consolidated with continued use.

If you leave it

Triple Magnesium is not addictive. If you discontinue treatment without addressing the factors that deplete magnesium (stress, intense exercise, poor diet), symptoms may gradually reappear.

Combine with Cortisol Calm

If stress and sleep are your top priority, taking Cortisol Calm in the morning and Triple Magnesium at night covers two fronts at once: the gut-brain axis and the central nervous system. It's the most comprehensive combination for people with chronic stress.
