Night awakenings: why they occur and how to regulate them naturally

Falling asleep easily but waking up in the middle of the night is more common than it seems. Every week we receive messages like these:

"I always wake up at the same time, as if something activates me from within."

1. Why do you wake up in the middle of the night?
